Female teacher’s aide, 29, charged with rape after ‘having sex with 16-year-old student at her school’

A teacher’s aide has been charged with having sex with a 16-year-old student.
Victoria Reinke is alleged to have had a five month affair with the underage boy.
The married 29-year-old resigned from her job as teacher’s aide at Timberland High School in Wentzville, Missouri, in March after allegations about the affair first surfaced.

Police said she did not have sex with the student at school with all the reported acts taking place out of school hours.
Parents were told about Reinke’s involvement in the sex allegations in a letter from school chiefs, the St Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
‘As soon as the Wentzville School District learned about the allegations of misconduct, Mrs Reinke was immediately placed on unpaid leave,’ it said.

‘The District reported the matter to local law enforcement and the Children’s Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services for further investigation and the WSD Board of Education has accepted her resignation in lieu of termination.
‘The District will continue to deal with this personnel matter in accordance with District policy and state law to ensure the protection of our students, which is always of the highest priority in all of our schools.’
Reinke faces two charges of second-degree statutory rape and one count of sexual contact with a student.
Her bond was set at $20,000, cash only.
